One thing I do not love about Todoist is, when compared to something like Google Tasks, its integration with Google Calendar or other calendars it's somewhat limited. So if I want to add a task that says, "Write new article for X client on Monday," so I can say, "Remind to write article for X client on Monday at 9:00 AM from Vancouver." So all of the things that are important in this message, so Vancouver, Monday, 9:00 AM, all of these, Todoist will automatically use them to schedule a task on that time and for that place, which I think is pretty cool. The best thing about Todoist is its ease of adding tasks. So there's a lot going on all through the week and it's particularly important for me to have all the tasks and the projects listed down in systematic manner, and Todoist really helps me solve this problem.
